well, i had/have the same problem, and have been in the process of removing the lbock for over a month :P The e-mail adress the support guy told me to mail didn't work, and i emailed billing support a couple of times (they didn't understand my problem the first time -.-) i've finally come to the final part (hopefully). Just e-mail billing support, explain the problem and they should send a mail requiring your adress, name, account name and CD keys/credit card details. In my case, they blocked it because of the "72 hour and last warning" suspention (lvling service *whistle*).
