[idea]get unbanned after getting banned from buying gold

This was just a random idea I thought of to get out of being banned from buying gold. If blizzard ever bans you for it, try telling them that "your friend got you gold for your birthday (who doesn't doesn't play wow and in turn didn't sign the eula) and didn't know it was against the rules." It would work even better if you made a request to the selling company to either put "happy birthday" in the mail message or have the seller whisper it to you if its traded face to face. Give me your comments

buying gold is retarded. Those guys spam trade and my mailbox dont help them out by buying from them. Good idea though i guess ><

Does anyone have suggestions on making this better somehow? I've never bought gold and don't plan on it, but to buy gold the company doesnt need your pw. The only way I could see this going awry is if blizzard asks you to get some of the payment info from your "friend", but that's honestly pretty easy to fake, or just say he paid with a money order.I think whats most important is making sure you clearly state your friend doesn't play wow and thus never accepted the tos/eula and isn't subject to their rules.
