Good/Legit site to buy CD keys?

Does anyone know a good (legit) site to buy US CD keys from, as long as there under 25$.. +rep for anyone that can help me out.

only works if not plastic wrapped (works on them sometimes), works on xbox/ps3 games too

buy game at walmart/target etc

goto car and CAREFULLY peel the sticker back without ripping it off or damaging the box

retrieve disks/cdkey w.e u want

just apply pressure to the sticker so it looks like it was never opened

go back into the store and return it and if they ask just say u realized its the wrong game, ur buying it for ur little brother/sister/nephew etc

i havnt bought a game since halo 3 release =)

These guys are very legit i used them and they are american
