I have heard of people filling out a form requesting thier account to be unlocked/unbanned, anyone have a link or copy of this form? i would like to have one =)

The form you are talking about is actually an account, how to they term it.../shrug, "Makesureitsreallyyouraccount" form

A while ago my account got Banned by Blizz, and their excuse was that it was Sus[ened for my own good because it was suspected my acct info had been comprimised (total BS). Anyways they sent me a link to a 10 page PDF form which i was supposed to fill out in order to assure this was actually my account. This form was totally overboard asking for even more info than the original account held including a copy of pic ID etc.

Anyways this is the type of form that you would have to fill out, but Blizz would specifically have to send it to you and not just you filling it out to get Random Account X unbanned.

there was a form back after november 14th where we got banned, some linux users were banned as well and they removed it yes, it was to get the linux users unbanned... if u had a registrered and subscribed acct on the linux forum then you were able to get ur acct back
