i scammed an account and went to sell it to a chinese seller. he offered to login and check if everything was there, than pay, than i give him the rest of the info. well he paid and i blocked him and $150 was sent to my paypal. i spent a most of the money but am i safe? can he do anything? all info on paypal was false btw.

He can call his credit card company and claim that the funds were transferred without his consent.

Paypal will not return his funds if he files a claim because it was digital services.

I recommend you close that account when you're done spending that money.

thanks for your reply hasbro. i just unblocked him and told him my computer froze and gave him all the info. hes still getting scammed when the account gets recalled monday xD.

ok, so i bought a bunch of stuff on ebay and payed for it all. all the transactions are complete. so if i close my paypal account, it wont affect my reception of these items?

Do you have any empty houses around you? Ones which are vacant?
If so you should always set the address to them, and order there if you want to feel safe.

I don't think anything will happen, unless the chinese dude is so concerned about this little money =D lol

well it turned out he was a scammer. chargebacked the money. my paypal is now in debt $135. i bought a bunch of stuff on eBay yesterday, will that still be affected?
