Username
Surname
Any of these three, address registered on account, SQ/A, or CD key
That's all you really need I believe. |

I have following info about this account: First Name, Last Name, Address, City, ZIP/Postal Code, Country, Birthdate, Email, Phone, characters classes/levels/realms.
