19 twink shoulder enchant?

Is there any? like clefthide leg armor etc. Im just looking for any shoulder enchant i can get on my 19 twink.

And no most shoulder enchants are from reputation rewards. And no they do not work like the leg enchant kits, because I tried to give someone the Argent Dawn +5 to fire res in the not to be traded window in trade and it wouldn't work.

Yeah it works. My friend Xoor/Toor/Eldefich on Maelstrom (Horde) Have their Crit/AP shoulder enchants from the new outland enchants. People say it was patched, but it just takes more trys. I haven't really gotten to try but i've been linked Serpent Shoulders with 14 crit rating on it. <3 Xoor + Toor

what outland shoulder enchants are those? the ones that require level 35 or higher item or like a quest libram things? thanks for the help if u can answer that.

to be honest i have no clue on the shoulder enchant thing/but the 35+ enchants can be done on quest items(not sure lvl 19s) but 29 no doubt

How much is the +13 crit rating g wise? A general estimate because it varies per server and what level can you get that quest.
