If you look in the Wotlk addons folder you can see it has a folder named Blizzard_AchievementUI. Looks like they are adding achievements or something along those lines.
It also has a folder with Blizzard_VehicleUI
Edit - I just typed in /achievement and a big window pops up with different achievements such as
Reveal entire Northrend map - 50 (achievement points I presume)
Complete 1 Daily Quest each day for 5 days - 50
and there is alot more all divided into groups

I hate how EVERYONE does this they always copy other lams ideas in there games in sequals/expansion packs and it just brings the games fun donw by alot. The old wow with max level 60 and AV, that was fun, TBC was ...alright... but now im not even going to buy WotLK |

I thought it was going to utter shit but looking at it, i think it is one way to keep the game going when you have nothing left to do or on a non-raiding night.
