is there a way to change the s/q anser and everything on the website or without ringing?

cant even change it wit callin them, i already tried, they said it is not possible

so hwo do i make the account mine so they cant access it?

heres what i do when i have full info,

-Call Blizzard
-They will ask you, SQ/A, and name on the account
- You will be asked what email u want it to be changed to

After that just hope the person doesnt call blizz, If he does, either it will be locked, or frozen until the OO can provide some sort of ID
