I've done that before and it took me around an hour to get banned. I'm banning account I scam.

Does the account have a totally clean record? As in, no past offenses?

If so, then I am sorry to say that there is no hack that will permanently ban the account.

There are many hacks that will give you an instant 72 hour suspension, but if the record is clean, then it will not be perma.

ummmm...you steal account and want to ban it !!!

if that account really belong to the person you steal it from...

then...no way you can ban it.... if he reports about his account was hacked and proved that account belonge to him ( first+last name +activation key+secret answer ) ...he will get his account back withen 2 weeks and about 2 weeks more to get his armor and gold ...( that if you were really bad boy and ruin his epics ) .

I'd say use speed hack and go fast around city. While you do this insult every1 on your way and their mothers, so even a kind person would report you ^^
