Gm command, stun/ ice lock

hello
me and my friends ar new to private server stuff and know just a few gm commands.
i 've searched but cant find it :'(
is there a gm command/spell wich makes people unable to use spells/skills
i can root/shackle them but you can still unstuck/hs ect

please help the newby's :P

.paralyze will usually root your target in place, although usually player can get out of it through normal player spells (Blink, Shadowstep, ect).

There's a few .learn spells that absolutely root a player into place, and can only start moving again via .removeaura but I cannot remember the names of these spells, and don't feel like logging onto my servers to find them.
