This is real, contrib/donator+ have had it since yesterday. We've extracted the stuff from the exe and found the patch notes and an mpq. In the mpq were some adts and general other stuff. Awesome as it is to know the alpha exists, it's completely useless as regards getting a WotLK client.

How exactly is it sad? Waiting for updates and chat about a hot topic is sad?
I tried hxxp://us.version.worldofwarcraft.com/update/WoW-3.0.1.8303-3.0.1.8334-x86-Win-enUS and downloaded it to my desktop. I then tried opening it with blizzard downloader, but it says that I'm not autorized. Can we get around this?
It is sad for the fact of all the people with Leecher status... Most of the time these people will just take things with out giving back to the site....THAT is what is sad.

Yes this is working I have that file ill try and run it. Everybody try this if you know what your doing this is only a patch but it is one more patch and once we get the client it will allow us to patch up to the latest versions.
Oh, and atleast leechers try something here, i've seen more constructive posts from leechers in this topic than your "ZOMG L33CHERS 1'M S00 L33T"- flaming and totally unnessesary posts D3m0N1C4.
