recovering sold account

hey guys, i sold my account about 9 months ago...i was wondering if i could get my account back. i never gave the person my cd-key. what can i do to get my account back? also, if i do get it back, is there anything the person i sold it to can do to me?

You call up blizzard tell them your account was hacked and recall all the original info...

This is only if your name is still on the account I believe

Dont tell them it was hacked cause then they will lock it.

just say that u want to change the email etc on the account because u lost access to it.

I got my account back which I should, because I said I lost my password.
They believed me and sent my account's pass to my email.

I've sold that account twice and got back
