Scamming accounts bannable?

I see all these posts about scamming accounts etc, cant blizzard find your ip and ban all accounts using that ip?

well, blizz wont do anything unless they suspect your account is a hacked/scammed one or if that account is reported. If they do find that it has been hacked and then it is possible for them to track the ip and ban it but they wont ban other accounts, just that computer.

Blizz has been comming down hard on cross IP constant connections. I just recently had somone get banned when he let his cousin on. They were more than a few hours apart and they were loggin on back and forth. Then bam, they got a big ol perma.
