"Roll hacking is not possible" has been burned into my head for so long that I just figured hell it is not possible. Cause even with wpe it would only display the hacked roll for yourself and not to the rest of your party.

Then I found this site, [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Now what I found intresting about this site is that they do not post the program to download and they act as if they are beta testing it as free software. Even on the main page they act as it works with the expansion.

Thoughts?

My guess is its either BIG BULL **** or its something totaly illigal and i mean very illigal (the kind that sends you to jail) , and my reason for saying this is :

1 ) If it hacks the client side , then its bull **** because its only gona make it look like you're rolling 100 to you but the rest of the party will see the usual random number .

2 ) Its not bull **** but it can send you straight to jail , because if it hacks straight into the Blizz servers and it would'nt take long for Blizz to become aware of something like that . Then Blizz is allowed to take you to court for hacking in their servers ( I do believe that the going rate of jail time for privacy hacking is 5 years ) .

So my personal opinion is try it at your own risk people .

Rolls are server side, and you won't get that far trying to hack that.

I would *love* one of these. I lose nearly 90% of my rolls. Blizzard's roll system is completely ****ed, there's no way I can lose so many rolls. After keeping a table, the ratio of losses to wins in a 2 man group with a friends is around 7:1

Nah, the most unlucky person is the person who ran the instance to the final boss for his one drop, and when it did drop and he rolled higher, the leader accidently sent it to the wrong person.

/agree , that would suck and it sounds like it might have happened to you by the way you talk about it . If that happened to me i would /cry , /point (at party leader) , /slap (party leader) then select party leader and /fart !!!

the most unlucky person is me, i rolled a BE warlock and i was grinding, and guess what? blizzard didnt cap the mobs damage so i got killed anytime i went to attack something by a lvl 5 that did 1500 dmg. i cant level my BE >.>

Rollhacks we're possible before, but not anymore you can't even get any information for Blizzard official servers anymore so it is IMPOSSIBLE, how they did it in the past was:

1.) IP adress changing program (randomly changes your IP adress to all ports every <desired amount of minutes>)

2.) Track realmlist.wtf to main source via realmlist tracking program (retrieved a copy of the realmlist database)

3.) Moniter disabler (disabled Blizzard from using a moniter program on anyone in the realm interacting with the IP adress(s) being randomly changed[this is what caused the 1.9 patch to go to 1.10])

4.) CMD :8080 port extracter (extracted every bit of information from that port going in-bound and out, this is how they got the realm database)

5.) Realmlist refresher (program that refreshes the realmlist database with the information that you modified)

This is how it was possible, it took a LONG time to extract though... My brother and I did this a few times but our accounts got banned right when 1.10 patch came out because we tried to retrieve the database after 1.10 patch update, and we gota decline message... once we tried to log in. What do ya' know, we were banned!

Anyway, that site is a lie, you cant roll any more.. Period.

hasn't anyone at all noticed that the site has not been updated in months....

hell its still predicting a release for almost 3 months ago now...

patch 1.12... come on... so even if it was possible then, what makes you think there is an updated un patched way?

Some chick on my server randomly dies...no mobs or effects on here just boom shes dead....fun to watch her run through ZF and fall over dead from what I've heard the GMs have no idea why she keeps dying, but IMO its funny as hell because she cannot tank well at all (she let me die alot in the 50ish lvls -.-) ^_^

Dude that **** happened to me. I ran ZG like 20 times for a ring (PUGs, might i add) And then i won with a 100 and he MLed it to some ****tart in his guild. Same thing happened on another drop in ZG W_W
