some questions about armor appearance mods as well as fast lvling for warriors

i got some questions about stuff...
1. are armor appearance mods legal as long as only you can see them?
2. will i get 40k-50k xp an hour if i grind the whip lashers in dire maul as a warrior?
3. since i'm getting the xpac soon to lvl to 70, should i keep fury spec until 70?

1- yeah, but blizzard got rid of model editing so you cant do it anymore

2- no idea

3- alot of my friends who are warriors just went to arms, but i say stay different and keep the fury build.
