I understand the basic premise of win trading (at least I think I do). The one thing I don't understand is how you raise the actual team rating.
I know how you go about getting your personal rating up, but the methods I know involve resetting or alt tanking the team back down.

My understanding of win trading:

Team A (The winning team)
Team B (The losing team)

A+B queue at the same time.
If A and B get the same arena, team B loses on purpose. (Various ways of finding out if you're fighting team B)
If not, leave the queue and requeue.

Now, once you do this a little while, one team will be above 1500 and one will be below, meaning those two teams can't fight each other anymore.

So my question is this: how do you raise the team rating up once team B is too low to fight you anymore?

i guess you could have 3 teams. raise the first one with 2 diff 1500 teams then raise one of the lower teams to 1500 with the 3rd team.

Right, but what do you do when one team is 1800 and the other team is 1500?

Assuming you can get 60 points from a team before being too far apart, and you get points up to about 300 points apart:

Losing Team will have 1500 rating and:
Player at 1675 PR
Player at 1615 PR
Player at 1555 PR
Five other players.

Losing Team will do 3 matches with the original 5, then switch one of them in for the player with the 1540 PR. The higher PR will be used over the team rating, and they will do 3 matches at essentially 1555 -> 1538ish -> 1522ish. Repeat this process with the higher PR teamates.
