You need normal account without TBC, then you press the 10-Day trial and you can select TBC Trial.

It says this account is ineligible for TBC trial you need to upgrade blablabla, then I click upgrade and I need to fill in a credit card number

Read what the other guy said. You need a FULL retail WoW account in order to get the BC trial.

Meaning, you can't go from classic trial to BC trial.

Meaning, you can't just instantly make a Blood Elf/Draenei, sorry.

I have TBC installed and I cant login with my classic trial either

And I have a retail account but its out of game time
