Well there is this secret code that you have to put in. But to bring up the secret window you need to press ALT-F4 while you are playing World of Warcraft with your character that you want a mount with.....seriously though
You can ONLY get a rideable mount at lvl 40 and purchase an Epic version at 60+.
If you are refering to all the Draenei on mounts, that is only for a specific quest and they only last 15 min and will dismount in water or if you travel too far out of the quest area.

Sorry, i wasnt sure in what exactly to ask, iv'e been browsing around the forums and i see 'Mounts' or i got my mount at 13!.. wasnt sure.. but whats this fast gold trick i hear? you pee on a tree or somthing?
that is a joke we at MMOWNED have posted because other sites (a certain site in particular) like to crawl our site and copy our posts then post them in their own forums. So we did as a joke to see if the process is automatic or if it requires some interaction with a human. We found it is auto.
