As i promised in the thread about a hidden zone in karazhan i would make a video about how to get out of kara.
So here it is
You can do this with every char (afaik, only tried on hunter but without any special hunter abilitys).
I use my pet in a certain situation, but that is just to get the jump to be perfect.

If you follow the video and how i jump you can do it very easily!

Not alot of new about this mate. I even showed that way + another way out of kara after the fix
