Definitely fake.

For one thing, it would be "<QA>[Therox]" if there was such thing as QA.

Also, notice he whispers "Sec" BEFORE the "QA" had sen't him a tell.

EDIT: Did some research and found this: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. It kind of proves this as fake? Read down a bit and someone asks where it is, the reply is "It doesn't exist, it's a really advance model edit". So this "QA" person is simply a tag created on this persons Private Server.

A foolproof method for sculpting an elephant. First, get a huge block of marble, then you chip away everything that doesn't look like an elephant.

Believe it or not, there is a strong possibility that this is real.
I went and searched armory for "Stence"
came up with level 61 priest (as seen in picture, but one level lower)
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
EDIT: Also - [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] - Selenez, the person that Stence is talking to in that screenshot.
Note, these people are on the same server. This appears to be real to me =\

Nice point, and also, the picture was posted by A_Snake01 in WoW.DeV .

But it's a model edit. Done in real ptr, but it's a model edit.
