The other day I was doing the map fragment quest and I ended up swimming to Silithus to try to get to CH. I found myself, instead, in an area labelled "The Veiled Sea" where a little horde-style farm and a huge cave without mobs. I was totally off the map, the place was really creepy and the music was a bit unnerving. No idea if this has been posted before, as all the topics that came up in my search had to do with walljumping around mountains etc. Here are some screenshots:

I think this was the old GM island befor the GM island that we know today was created. I have ben here on my privet surver by doing .recall port GM 1 or GM 2, i fergot. But good job finding this yourself

The thing is, this wasn't an island. If you go off the south coast of Tanaris and swim west along the cliffs you will come to this area, completely inaccessible by land (save for a dive off the cliffs tot he north). I think this is one of those areas that was unfinished, and now that xpac is live they won't even bother with it. So all it will be from now on is a big, disturbing cave with eerie music and a deserted Horde farm. /shrug

Might make a good place for 5v5 matches between factions. I should get some people together from my server for a cave battle lol...

What I was trying to say was this might of ben where all the GMs hung out in the older versons of wow. Im not saying this is a island, im saying this might be like the GM island from a older verson, and mabey thay made the real GM island and thay abbandend this place and laft a erey cave with weard music and a farm. Im not shure but that is what I'm thinking
