If you see the paladins name before the change, its always something stupid (just refresh, he have many names) like Keklol, Hordelol, or even lollol, and he always end up with a normal name, like Haisinu

Is this a sign that blizz want to remove those ugly names with lol, dk or legolas in them?

Umm, yeah? Don't really understand what you mean. This is only adversing for the name change. And of course Blizzard wants to remove all unmature names, but it's up to the player if he wants to remove it unless he plays on a RP server.
