Ok, so i've seen this RFK exploit on these forums, and I found another even easier way to get up there

There is even a way to exit the instance and enter the 'barrens' ofcourse you will still be inside the instance but then the barrens part, you can take the lift to thousand needles or jump down from where you wallclimed, and you can check out a small piece of ferelas aswell, everything looks the same except for the barrens is a foggy area and rfd is just a pit where you can get stuck in.
