And yes the googles turn pretty much everyone into gnomes seems like its only some NPCs at the faire that it doesnt.

I haven't tested it elsewhere, but he has no title nor name, it's just you click him and he says stuff, that's it.

It's the goggles that you get from the brewfest event, the ones that that cost 100 tickets, they turn every npc into a gnome when you put them on (including bosses, and such)

but why would nothing turn into a gnome... invisible npc :O
