This is an ability given by the Goblin Snipers to stop people from shooting upon roofs.

Yeah, this isn't an exploit or anything, it's a well known fact that the goblin's shooting launches you a few feet in the air, as Raz said, to prevent the Roof campers and so it would interrupt their running away (Believe it or not, the bullets mixed with the nets really suck for escaping)

thats sorta cool but old, you dont need to use ranged weapons, or stand in that spot, just need to pvp someone and they give that to ya =)
