i took this screen shot when i was around lvl 27 on my first character(LONG TIME AGO). I asked a GM if they really wore blue robes like they did in the manual. One this i remeber she said is she did not want me to do any emotes on her and she was invisible to everyone else in my party

I'm like 99.9999% sure thats a private server. I still think their is a VERY VERY small chance you did see the gm but still why would she ONLY show her self to you like Vega said.

Are you guys saying that it's impossible to see a GM? Because I have done so, several times.

First incident:
I got "hacked" (aka I sold all my gear) and wanted it back, the GM showed himself and gave me the new equipment (after some conversation) this happend x2 Since both of my characters needed new.

Second incident:
I died near some water (cant remember where) and I just putted on auto run and ran out in the water, untill I reached a point where I fell thru the water and got stuck. GM teleported me to the shore and there he stood, clearly visible.

And a couple of more incidents....


How unbelievable this might sound;
I got no screenshots. I used to have screenies, but I formated my HDD. Believe me if you want to, don't if you don't want to.

GM's show themselves every now and then, it's not so rare Gastric. As for this topic, meh. Who cares, nothing noteworthy other than wanting to show how a GM looks, and we all know that already.

GM's show them selfs sometimes. I've only seen one once. There was a problem in Kara with the rings you get from the Archmage.
So he came solve it, while he was there, he made some fun with our raid. He made every1 a Gnome (even my pet ) and spawned some Infernals.
He was dressed with "Gamemaster's Robe" (A Blue Robe) and "Gamemaster's Slipper's".
It depends on the place and the GM himself ofc, if he shows himself or not.

I've seen a gm 2 times, and that was when I was stuck, and when I just asked for the GM I was chatting with to come.

i don't know why GM's are so elusive..
you'd think it would make the playing environment more fun and realistic if they actually teleported themselves to your side and aided you from there.
also, if they didn't have a GM island, but rather a GM hall in a major city

wouldn't it give blizzard a better image?

lol demonkunga, why did you make like 53 videos of just you going to gm island? Has anyone actually watched all of them from start to end? And with the image at the top of this thread, its weird that you can see another player slightly on the far left of the screen (possibly the Screen shot taker)

This screenshot was taken long before cross realms were implemented...soooo that GM was on my server, which oddly enough demonkunga was Azshara...
