Actually id imagine its possible to do it wine, there are no limits to linux...unless u have an ati card and since amd bought them BOO YA!

Yeah well, This is the way it _should_ work.

* Open up a new terminal *

sudo apt-get install wine
cd /directory/where/you/have/the/server
wine filename

ain't that sure tho... depends totally on the file which starts the server for ya.

Meh, try sudo apt-get install wine*
or try updating the package download list and then re d/l it.

also, i suggest using sudo infront of wine when you run it, this way you wont get stupid eror messages such as " You dont have the priviledges to modify this file / folder "
