Start in IF (obviously), and head to the Ironforge bank, go behind the bankers to the vault and follow the guide from here.
First off you have to be a gnome, but pigmy oil will do just fine, and second you either need to be a mage (with blink) or have your Hearth on CD to use the auto-unstuck.
Basically follow the red arrows
1.) 
2.)

4.) In this step you will have to blink or auto-unstuck(with your hearth on CD) where the arrow points to go through the ceiling! 
5.) 
6.) Jump in the direction that I am aiming, anywhere else will increase the risk of missing, you just hardly make it in at this angle. There is no need for slowfall, it is relatively close. 
(I did not go in myself, I'm paranoid that I might get banned for some reason, I used my Thrashin' Crashin' Racer)
