I think I found a new way to go in Old ironforge but I didn't test it. 
I would need someone to fear, blind or polymorph me but I can't duel in Ironforge nor I can't ask the alliance to do so. (You need the Rocket Boots Xtreme + Slowfall.)

It works when there is a M2 model (dunno what its called but atleast wowultimate can remove them, doors etc) and there's something on other side where you can land to.
For example if ur standing on some platform and your sheeped at the edge, You wont just walk down.
