I flew over this place with my Druid on the Hippogriff taxi.
So I decided I would try to get there.
Guess what - I found the way there without any walljumping.
This was done in this patch (you can see im level 30 with mount).
I searched, didnt find anything.
So basically here are tons of sceenshots with comments and a very short "how to get there" part. Since I didnt know if I would be able to get there - I didnt take "How to" screens so be happy with this.

From their climb your way up here. Then you will pretty much see a path to the place I call:
Stone Raven's Nest
Now that you almost know 100% how to get there let me show some cool screens.
First thing you see.
When you jump down its seems very dead. But dont stop exploring there are a few cool sub-zones.
It is very well suited for a new race. Perfect size.
In the lore the Panadaren has settlements here.
Future Pandaren race anyone?
When you contiune to explore the eastern parts you find this little nice place that leads to a even bigger place.
When I RP I pretend that those ruins were my home 400 years ago as a kid.
The cool ruins down there. There are more ruins incomming.
The other valley, it lies right next to the place we are and you can look down on it. Was pretty cool when a Hippgriff came and the player was like "WTF!!!??".
A lake there with a cave. Lets go and explore it.

Another part of the mountains. This is beneath the first empty place. You are REALLY high up from the sea.
Suddenly I found a Goblin town - hidden in the mountains!
A Sawmill.
You can jump up on the "blades".

There was yet another cave there.
I belive its placeholder for the entrace to Stonetalon Caverns.
Go and play Warcraft 3.
Thrall and Cairne are looking for a Oracle inside there. Turns out the Oracle is Medivh and the humans led by Jaina is there too.
That is were the Alliance and Horde becomes friends.
While walking further west I noticed several untextured green parts of the walls. Here is the largest.
And here our journey ends.
I got stuck here while trying to find a short cut to Desolace -.-
Had to "Teleport: Moonglade" out -.-
