Decided to contribute my first post to this great forum. This is the only way I've found post-walljumping nerf that I can consistently replicate. There might be other ways that are harder, or that don't require any special gear for people that are expert walljumpers. This method is easy as pie.

What you need:
Rocket Boots Xtreme
Noggenfogger Elixir or Parachute Cloak
Abilitity to follow instructions

This is where you start from, in Barrens, see coord at bottom of map:

Starting

Follow the arrow, heading towards the cliff face towards Orgrimmar

Dotted line is a jump, while mounted.

This is your takeoff point, the circle shows where you're aiming to land. Pop your cloak/nogg then rocket boots, then jump.

Run around the bend

Run up to that little hump there, wait for your Boots cooldown to finish.

Use your cloak/nogg, use your boots and jump, aim for the circle. Then go up the big hump and keep riding alongside Orgrimmar's edge.

This shows the part where I drop down. Don't ride off or jump perpendicular to the edge, drop down almost parallel to it like shown in dotted line.

Lalala keep running along cliff.

More running.

Last part. Do a small jump to where I am, then another jump to ledge. You're now on top of the Orgrimmar gate and home free; you should know where to go from here if you've done this before the wallwalking nerf.
