Hi all,
first of all i will point out this is not my discovery i'm just sharing it for you all as i haven't found it on the site yet, if someone has already posted it please provide a link and i shall remove this.


This is a screen shot of horde start area, in it is prehistoric bone art hanging from the wall that supposedly matches up to the a [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]Symbol for "Favoured Son".
Now this is debatable if its "coincidence" or perhaps really is an Easter Egg but nonetheless i think its a cool find.

Theories so far...

• The "Favoured Son" is Thrall (who i think is the chieftain of the orcs)
• The Lead Producer of WoW, Shane Dabiri is Iranian. Cuneiform was widely used in the Ancient Mesopotamian world which in modern times is Iraq/Iran.

Ahh... well the guy who made the discovery was taking an introduction to Ancient Civilizations at the University of Central Flordia.. a handout was provided that covered several forms of ancient writing and one of these was Mesopotamian Cuneiform. so yeah preety much fluke/coincidence you name it, but hey the conspirator inside me wants to believe it
