Float in mid air - as high as you want - 03-13-2008
1) Get out the flying mount & and fly up somewhere
2) /camp to logout
3) Right Click the mount "buff" to "unbuff" your self and you are now floating in the air until the 20 second time is up

I've had some fun with it thought I'd share.
Oh and when you log back in you start to fall (Im a priest so just levitate...use a parachute cloak or something)

Tried it and it works also useful to make a macro /camp so in pvp you can click it right before you jump and then you can diss out those annoying rogues

can you link it? i didnt see this method anywhere else, the rest were "press log out then jump really fast" or something like that

It's been posted before, long since. But it's so fun doing this to friends that you have account access to that I enjoy seeing it brought back to attention ^^

Tip: Do this to a friends character, remove slow falling effects from his action bars, wait for him to come onto vent and then log in to wow. LAUGH! =)

If you want to be less cruel, do it above a spirit healer and remove all his gear (that can be a laugh as well), or do it above water. My girlfriend was slightly less happy than me when I did it to her ^^
