I think that you will get out of combat when your on the other side of the fire fence that come's when u start attacking him

Yea would this actually save you or get you outa combat? Maybe if you posted a vid while the fight was going on that could clear up a few questions :P

You cant die while not in combat my friend
unless ur conmidding suicide by jumping down by high hights/ or in the lava or something.

So my answer is: i think it would save me. i have seen others that has begin slacking
and dident get in before the fire fence came up. they wasent harmd. so.. i gues ur safe on the other side of the fence. wich i show u how to do on this video

It doesn't put you out of combat, we constantly get knocked over the flame wall from the tornado's on eagle phase and they follow you all the way to the entrance. Not to mention there is an instance wide combat pulse on all boss fights.
