Well basicaly doing this you can check your enemies gear before the start of the fight

1. Enter AB
2. Summon your pet
3. Run toward the gates with your pet, about 2 sec's of running and then stop, don't do anything at this point
4. Your pet should be outside the gates
5. Now, use Eyes of the Beast
6. Run with your pet toward the Lumber Mill till you see the church of the alliance on the other side (where they "spawn")
7. When you see the building, use Eagle Eye on the ground between the building and theire fence
8. Tada, now you see who is your opponent and can easily check if that premade is worth anything

Well, I actually do this when I see I'm facing a premade, so I check how their gear looks like and guess if they are green/blue/epic
And, you can actually do emotes on them + they see it
In the vid I targeted the druid and /lol on her, but it's not shown because of the size of the vid

it's a good trick but you have to control your pet at best because I have tried but I haven't succeed in

if u want to see if it is a premade, just press Shift + space, and u can see if it from same server. The only thing u can't do, is checking their gear.

@Darkcaptain : You must run toward the gate for few sec's and stop, then check if your pet is outside the gate, if it is --> Eyes of the Beast, if not, try again

@Axel : I ment that when I see it's a premade (shift+space), I do this to check the looks of their items and take a guess if the character is a green or epic, because I think someone who played WoW a lot, can make a conclusion if a character is green or epic just by seeing the look's of it's items. I hope you understood now what I ment.
