Flag others for PvP (PvE Server) - 03-08-2008
There is actually a way you can flag your friends and enemies for pvp. However, this requires them to have the pet called "Mojo" outside (you get it from Zul'Aman).
If you find someone who has the pet beside him and who you want to flag for pvp, simply /kiss his frog while having pvp activated yourself. He will then also have pvp activated.
