Fast flag cap. in WSG
After reading this thread: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] by Wickermanz. I found that interesting and tried to figure out how this could be done, this was my answer:
As ppl might have noticed, there's something called honorlagg, or honor update lagg, I am not sure if it is the honor update that couses the lagg, but it happens around 01.00 - 01.20 at night, at least on my server(EU). It's when the honor updated, and you get the rewarded for the yesterdays killing.
When this lagg happens everything laggs, loot, instance exit/entery, and so on, and also ressing. So when you die with the flag in WSG, you can ress at your body, recap the flag and hopefully get ported to the GY.
In easy words:
Die with flag
Ress at corpse
Recap flag
Stay alive
Get ported to the GY and cap flag
This works probably with other sorts of lagg aswell, but with the honor-update, you know what time and therefore when to do it.

Use it when you can, Dragonshadow says it will be obliterated in 2.4
