It's just a model edit... why would he use slowfall anyways? + i don't see any ice block buff/debuff when he's falling from the sky

Its a blatant model edit. Where the "Ice block" buff should be there is a "Slow Fall" buff that appears right before he removes his interface he didn't even do a good job at hiding it.
