Its on WoWwiki its on bosskillers its on probly every site that tells you gruuls tactics. There isnt just the one by door ... There are like 6 spots around the whole place.
my place ist not marked on this picture... its on the right of the "group 2" text you can only reach it with wall jumping...
If its on the right of "group 2" wouldnt that make the door that you can just about see in your pic on the other side?
What I mean is if it was on the right, because you are directly facing the wall its on the door would be to your right. Its not its too the left ... So you are actully facing the other wall with door to your left and .... there is a white spot there

Thats the way your pic is pointing. If you look at my map you are pointing towards the white spot on left of the map with the door at the bottom (On the left on your picture).

I marked the door and hiding point 1+2 on mini map on on picture. I hope that clears some stuff up and like I said, even tho its on s**t loads of sites already gz on finding it yourself.

There's no point of this exploit if you can run up against the wall at ANY place inside the raid. (Except the door) But if you run up against the wall w/ numlock on or w/e, you wont get thrown.
