There is a daily quest called [Distraction at the Dead Scar] on the PTR.
So that quest wants you to fly over the dead scar (with a provided "mount") and kill some mobs with [Arcane Charges] (Provided).
So, i noticed that [Arcane Charges] can't be used 4 times in 1 sec... What i mean is... e.g.
Use it and click on the ground, then do the same again VERY fast... It will throw 2 bombs but it will use CD as if it was 1! So i nearly killed brutallus with this... Flew over him 3 times and did it very fast (4 every time) and he was about 1% then evaded and went too 100% >.<
Hope i helped you.. (BTW, this quest is very easy itself so just a little fun taking others mobs :P)
