Yeah used to work, Blizzard never noticed the fact after mount up pets have 100% mana, till they patched it at least

Tryed myself some seconds ago and it DOES work.

Again: Its fixed that the Pets ALWAYS get 100% Mana and HP after Mount!

But its NOT Fixed that the Pet get 100% Mana if you mount with 0 Petmana!

Be sure the Pet dont Manaregen tick in the Time where you mount, because then it dont has 0 Mana.

And summond tap udn summon and so on? BULLSHIT! Mount up need 3 Seconds and New summon WITH Talent 6 Sec, without 10 Sec, so the Mountthing is WAY better than summon.

And it dont work anytime, thats right, but mostly so maybe simply try it a second time before Flame? -.-

Correct me if I am wrong, but doesn't Dark Pact put you into combat? I know for a fact that it does for me, though whether that is a well known bug or not remains to be seen.

looks like a nice trick to try. I was used to the old version of mounting for full mana, I hope this new trick works with current patch.

Question: can u mount in an instances? No. this would help ppl doing a PvE grind but as for myself the only thing i find wrong isnt running out of mana its running out of mobs to kill

Well, the imp costs 64% base mana, and on average only returns (at least when looking at my affliction lock's stats) about 3-3.5k mana, which is only about 27-30% of her mana overall. Normally, when you run instances if you life tap once in a blue moon and use Siphon Life as well as the occasional life drain, you are self-sufficient. Plus improved drains helps if you tend to suck soul shards often since that returns 15% base mana after the soul shard is created. This should be a basic talent all affliction locks should have if they are group/raid bound.

It's still an interesting to learn overall, but I'd rather wait for the time the imp takes to regen mana or live off of my Frozen Shadoweave bonus and lifetap with siphon life. When you look at it, you're casting another spell and therefore only gaining about 2.9-3.4k mana back, much easier to drink overall.

It put you in combat if you use it short after one. I dont know exactly times, but i think 6-10 seconds after fight is safe to use, to dont get infight. I know its a realy old bug :/ But blizz is to stupid to fix it...

Doesn't work with Summoned Mount since it has GCD. Dark Pact and use flying mount or normal mount right after. 100% working.

yea ok i forgot that the "normal" warlock Mount is a spell and so triggers GCD, but the most have a flying mount i think and that doesnt do ^^
