The most effective way to do this is use the true N S E W Macro from [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and aligning it to .001-East and wall jumping from the position shown in the video below. You can get other values to work, but it's much harder.

I know there are probably easier methods to doing this - but knowing a different approach doesn't hurt.

Edit: Yea this works in 2.3.3

Nice find! I'm not sure if this works in 2.3.3, because I think blizzard puted an invisible wall to prevent that.
