Got this from browsing the wow forums a bit ( [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] ) But this could be intresting in a way... Need someone to test this.

I quote the poster:

"- No action for 3 sec.
- Start casting a big heal on your partner who is fighting (Greater Heal, Healing Touch, etc...)
- Spam Water while casting.
- Heal lands and you start drinking even though you enter combat a split second later."

I doubt this would work in a pve situation as mobs have like a weird combat pulse thing.

worked since s1, probably a 0.8sec delay on entering combat after healing making it possible to drink.

thought healing didnt put you into combat before you heal a few heals...

Posted this a while back and it still works, if you're quick enough you can even manage to do it with harmful spells :-)

If you're trying to do this against an enemy target make sure you don't have auto-attack on, as it will put you in combat.

wouldnt really consider it an exploit, but yeah this has been working forever

As a druid you can actually cast Regrowth and a Rejuvenation before you drink, if you're quick enough, very useful.
