Now, i checked and didn't see this posted already, and i figured if it is it's piled underneath pages of useless junk.
Anyway, as a priest you can easily break any polymorph on you if you follow these steps.
1. get an enemy castbar mod so that you can see if someone around you is targetting you and casting poly.
2. wait til its right about to cast and then shadow word: death someone. as long as it doesnt kill your target, it will hit you back for damage After the polymorph hits you, causing it to break.
this can work on other cc thats breakable by dmg if you can predict them and time it right.

I guess if you time it really well, you'll only lose mana, because you would have gotten some/more health back from the poly then the damage taken from the SW: D. |

Reputation: 3 Level up: 1%, 498 Points needed | | | | Another thing to note is the character that you are DPSing must not have any absorb shield or ice-barrier on him at the time, the backlash damage from SWD only triggers from damage dealt, so if its all absorbed, poly wont break. |

It's not an exploit: it's a strategy... And if you are incapable of figuring this out for yourself, I feel sorry. It's like BElf Paladins who don't Judge Seal of Blood before a Polymorph hits them.
