Hey I was working on my herblore and when I was getting some mageroyal when I got bored and started spinning around while I was picking the herb. When the bar was full, I got another point of skill for herblore but I didn't get the herb and the herb was still there. Someone might want to look into this to see if this could work as a possible herblore(and mining) skill dupe.

Sometimes skills come 2 at a time (looking at something where you create something atleast) that makes up for something else perhaps

Like you make a wool cloth, no skill up, you make another wool cloth, 2 skills up
How this applies to herb', i have no idea

But I didn't even get any herbs from this. I got the skill but the plant was still in the ground. Couldn't do it twice to the same plant though.

Lol.. i had (i think) the exact same thing..

I first taken a winter's bite, but my backs were full.. then i looted another one, and taken it in my bags. Then i took the other again and got 3 skill points.

You don't have the pick the herb / mine / skinning material up to gain a skill point. You can't gain multiple skill points from the same object if you keep opening it and not looting whatever's inside.

If you just loot the plant normally, and then turn, it closes the loot menu.
Therefore if you stay turning, it never opens (becauses it closes so fast)
And if you pick the herb and dont take it you get your skill, as with mining.

But would someone else be able to get it without taking the loot and earning a skillpoint and then you could come back to it? I don't know that's what I said "Possible Herblore Exploit" because it could be.
