This is not really an exploit but i noticed that with the new patch 2.3.2 mages get double the mana from their Emeralds. The mana cost to make the emeralds has however stayed the same.What this means is that if you are in a long tough fight you can sacrifice 1k mana to make the emerald during the fight. Then use it to gain 2k mana back. Not only do you end up gaining 1k+ mana for the first charge but you also get 2 extra charges from the same mana emerald. So u can end up gaining about +5k mana for the cost of the 1k needed to craft the emerald.

How is this an explot? Working as intended.

I did not say it was really an exploit its really more a way to get out of a bind where your out of mana for the long fights. Tried it on nightbane and worked very well

with a super mana pot PLUS evocation.. mages will never go
oom in a raid again

Something doesnt add up....you're a mage, who is raiding BT, and you need people like him to tell you these kind of things? you are the kind of person who should know things like this, weeks before many others.
Sure you are raiding BT? or do you just have some family member in that guild who felt sorry for you?
Because I dont believe you didnt know this and is raiding BT o.O

Like i said this was not really an exploit. More like a neat trick that i thought alot of people could benefit from if they did not think about it themselves. I am sorry i put it in the wrong section but this was my very first post.

What I don't get is, if u create the mana before the fight, u don't even have to spend any mana at all
Or it's a really long fight and u get to use 4+ cooldowns, still it's pretty common sence imo, especially concidering that there's no fight this long other than maybe the end-game instances, yet I don't think they don't know this, else they don't even deserve to be in the raid.
But that's just me
