If you have the game installed on another computer that has not patched yet, you can simply copy those files over to your computer for the install. For this fix, all you need to do is:
1: Rename your Data folder inside your World of Warcraft folder to 'Data2.1'.
2: Copy the 1.12.1 data folder from your other computer (or friends computer, or backup from DVD)
3: Install your BC Beta.
4: Rename your 1.12.1 data folder to 'Data1.12.1' and save it. (You'll probably need it again at some point in this beta test).
5: Rename your 'Data2.1' back to 'Data'.
6: Run WoW and confirm that it works.
7: Run BC, and have fun patching.
Another side note:
Dispite common thoughts, Interface.MPQ is NOT the only file required for the game to run. Simply obtaining interface.mpq WILL fix one error, only to lead to the next error, untill you end up getting all of the mpq files from 1.12.1 anyways, so save yourself a headache, and just deal with downloading and updating an older version.
Things to remember for the next month before retail:
This is Beta, nothing works perfect.
This is an MMORPG, nothing works perfect.
This is free, they have no obligtions; thus, nothing works perfect.
This is Blizzard, NOTHING WORKS PERFECT.
