i have done this on all of my level 70s while they were leveling.
What you Need:
2-3 hours
A warlock or a shadowpries(preferred but really any class can do it)
Process:
as you all know it is best to start leveling in outlands at level 60.
so when you are level 58 snag a friend and head on over to Hellfire Peninsula
On the Path of Glory there are tons of orc mobs.
make sure you are UNGROUPED.
pull the mobs with whatever you are using - just enough for you to get the Exp for it (the portrait turns grey for your friend)
you can pull as many as you can at a time.
each mob will give you 1.2k exp RESTED and 600 exp nonrested.
there are also 2 elites down the path that give you 2.4k RESTED and 1.2k nonrested.
ive done this on many of my characters and have helped my friends with it too.
its the fastest way you can level 58-60 hands down.
(NOTE: i have not done this since before the patch, so now that leveling 20-60 is faster, then it should take less time than above.) |

and btw, the leveling between 20-60 is only decreased in azeroth, it is same as usual in the outlands |

Reputation: 33 Level up: 4%, 480 Points needed | | | This is where i leveled my prot pally. I dual box, so i just rounded a bunch of mobs with the pally + consecrate to tag them all. I charge in with my warrior and kill them all. Its great xp  |

Powerlevelling 58-60 is called going to outlands. | |
