I tried this last night with sucess

u must be a hunter, shaman, or warlock.
for hunters u must have feign death
shaman-reincarnation
warlock-soul stone
1. picked a dungeon with a boss by it self (no adds), or maybe something u can handle.
*NOTE-it has to be a boss which u can handle solo
[for me i picked SM armory-50 shaman]
2. turn on CE (cheat engine)
3. go into dungeon
4. now turn on speed hack and run to the boss ( you should not get hurt since you will whizz past.
5. now when u reach the boss all the adds u aggroed will enventually catch up when they do find a spot where u can res or feign death safely.
6. When they go away res and mana up. (for SM armory i didnt aggro anyone when opening the door, but if you were lower u might have to kill a few guys.)
7.And finally u can solo the boss get the leet drop and heartstone out.
I dunno how many diff dungeons this could work with but atleast it works with one.

*EDIT-this could work with any other speed hacks u have. And since this is inside the instance im guessing it will be hard to get caught.
LOL you could also get a group (trust worthy people) with all speed hacks and u could do like princess runs like crazy ( just go kill and reset and repeat), but i dont advise this.
*SECOND EDIT- as scarmaker pointed out rougue can also do this by vanish.
and also i think u can use a paladin and use lay on hands or something to get yoru aggro off but im not sure.
